Special Dietary Requirements
Due to the fact that we produce all the food served in the resaurant from raw ingredients it is possible for us to amend or fundamentally change the ingredients of any dish. Coeliac's disease is the allergy to wheat flour. As we do not thicken any of our sauces with flour most of our menu is gluten free by default, however we do take this one step further and our soup, all Carvery vegetables and garlic mushrooms are all gluten free as we use cornflour. Gluten free gravy is available to order during the week and available freely on Sunday. We have gluten free bread available on request. We have signed a commitment to www.gluten-free-onthego.com and we are advertised on their website.
All other allergies are treated with the same care - I am lactose intollerant myself and my staff know how to substitute other ingredients.
